The State Securities Commission is gathering comments on a draft regulation on management of fund management companies, securities investment funds and securities investment companies. The 117-article Regulation provides for the organization and operation of fund management companies, representative offices and branches of foreign fund management companies; the mobilization of capital by and establishment and operation of securities investment funds and securities investment companies; and operation of some organizations providing securities investment fund management services in Vietnam.
