Vietnam has improved its investment environment in terms of formulating laws and increasing the quality of the labor force and infrastructure, creating new investment flows over the past few months, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Khiem said at the Vietnam Business Forum on June 5 in Hanoi.
