Fourth plenum of the Party Central Committee closes
The Party Central Committee closed its fourth plenum on January 24, having decided on the reorganization of Party agencies and adopted a Resolution on major undertakings and policies for rapid and sustainable economic development upon the country's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and a Resolution on Vietnam Maritime Strategy up to 2020.
