This Decree takes effect on July 28, 2023.
This Decree replaces the relevant provisions of Articles 1 thru 18 of the Government’s Decree No. 31/2016/ND-CP of May 6, 2016, on the sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of plant varieties and plant protection and quarantine; and Articles 32, 39 and 40 of the Government’s Decree No. 31/2016/ND-CP of May 6, 2016, on the sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of plant varieties and plant protection and quarantine; the Government’s Decree No. 55/2018/ND-CP of April 16, 2018, on the sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of fertilizers; Clause 7, Article 1 of the Government’s Decree No. 04/2020/ND-CP of January 3, 2020, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 31/2016/ND-CP of May 6, 2016 on the sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of plant varieties and plant protection and quarantine; and the Government’s Decree No. 90/2017/ND-CP of July 31, 2017, on the sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of animal health.-

Circular No. 05/2023/TT-BLDTBXH of June 15, 2023, promulgating the List of intermediate- and college-degree training courses for hard, hazardous and dangerous occupations
This Circular takes effect on July 30, 2023, and applies to training courses for which enrollment and training are organized from the effective date of this Circular. This Circular replaces the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs’ Circular No. 36/2017/TT-BLDTBXH of December 29, 2017, promulgating the List of intermediate- and college-degree training courses for hard, hazardous and dangerous occupations.-
