The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs’ Circular No. 03/2018/TT-BLDTBXH of June 15, 2018, providing criteria for professional titles of public employees specialized in vocational education; Circular No. 12/2019/TT-BLDTBXH of August 12, 2019, guiding salary ranking for public employees specialized in vocational education; and Circular No. 31/2019/TT-BLDTBXH of December 30, 2019, providing criteria, conditions, contents and forms of tests or consideration for promotion of professional titles for public employees specialized in vocational education, cease to be effective on the effective date of this Circular.-

Resolution No. 144/NQ-CP of September 10, 2023, on the Government’s August 2023 regular meeting
In September and the fourth quarter of 2023, the Government requests ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies and chairpersons of provincial-level People’s Committees to continue promoting a high sense of responsibility, solidarity and unity, and closely coordinate in drastically, seriously, synchronously and effectively implementing tasks and solutions set out in resolutions and conclusions of the Party Central Committee, Political Bureau, Secretariat, National Assembly, National Assembly Standing Committee and Government and directions of the Prime Minister. Priorities must be given to promoting growth in association with stabilizing macroeconomy, controlling inflation and ensuring major balances of the economy; removing difficulties and obstacles for production and business; maintaining political stability, assuring social order and safety and social security; promoting the implementation of medium- and long-term solutions, especially 3 strategic breakthroughs and 6 key tasks in the 13^th National Party Congress’ Resolution; striving to complete the tasks and targets of the 2023 socio-economic development plan.-
