This Decree takes effect on July 1, 2024.
The following Decrees cease to be effective on the effective date of this Decree:
1. Decree No. 02/2023/ND-CP of February 1, 2023, except the cases specified in Clauses 6, 7 and 8, Article 58 of this Decree;
2. Decree No. 82/2017/ND-CP of July 17, 2017, except the case specified in Clause 11, Article 58 of this Decree;
3. Decree No. 41/2021/ND-CP of March 30, 2021; and,
4. Decree No. 54/2015/ND-CP of June 8, 2015.
To annul:
1. Chapter II of Decree No. 60/2016/ND-CP of July 1, 2016;
2. Clauses 1 thru 8, Article 7 of Decree No. 136/2018/ND-CP of October 5, 2018; and,
3. Clauses 1 and 2, Article 2 of Decree No. 22/2023/ND-CP of May 12, 2023.-
