Gia Lai goes high-tech with bananas for export
In the strategy to restructure the agricultural sector towards high-tech application and the search for new high-value crops to diversify the core group of export agricultural products, Gia Lai province has introduced the cultivation of Pink Cavendish banana variety, originally from South America. This has quickly yielded success in many potential export markets.
