Government plans to cut at least 20 percent of internal administrative procedures
From now to early 2025, ministries and ministerial-level agencies will have to reduce at least 20 percent of internal administrative procedures applied by state administrative agencies and under their management and cut at least 20 percent of administrative procedure compliance costs.

As per the plan on review and simplification of internal administrative procedures in the state administrative system in the 2022-25 period approved by the Prime Minister under Decision 1085/QD-TTg, until April 1, 2023, all internal administrative procedures under management by ministries, agencies and localities will be integrated and announced for the first time while all internal administrative procedures applied by state administrative agencies will be publicized on the National Database for Administrative Procedures.

Regarding internal administrative procedures applied by state administrative agencies, the plan requests ministries, agencies and localities to formulate plans on simplification of all internal administrative procedures under their management and submit them to the Prime Minister for approval before January 1, 2025.

Ministries, agencies and localities will have to consider the review and simplification of internal administrative procedures as one of their key administrative reform tasks, and organize the performance of their assigned tasks under this plan in a complete, timely, consistent and rational manner.- (VLLF)
