These figures were released in a report presented at a working session with Deputy Justice Minister Nguyen Thanh Ngoc on July 21.
The report also highlighted the Centre's efforts to improve service quality. More than 97 per cent of registration applications were submitted online, while organisations and individuals received timely support throughout the registration process. No complaints were recorded during the reporting period. Thanks to the leadership's effective management and staff's customer-first approach, applicants received their registration results by email on the same day.
During the working session, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thanh Ngoc acknowledged the Centre's performance in the first half of the year and called on it to continue improving the quality and efficiency of its operations.
He urged the Centre to actively contribute to the development and refinement of the legal framework governing the registration of security interests while accelerating the application of information technology and digital transformation.
The Deputy Minister also encouraged the Centre to share good practices with other registration centres under the Department of Registration of Secured Transactions and State Compensation.
He stressed the need to make effective use of management software to assess staff performance objectively based on job positions, workload, task completion and individual contributions.
