Under Government Decree No. 11/2008/ND-CP of January 30, organizations and individuals involved in unlawful strikes must pay compensation for damages caused to their employers. Laborers who go on a strike which is later declared unlawful by a court will be liable to pay compensation in cash or in kind or in the form of performance of a job at the request of employers.
