Implementation results of the 1 million social housing units program
As of 31 July 2025, Vietnam had 692 social housing projects under way with 633,559 units. According to the Ministry of Construction, completed, ongoing and approved projects account for 59.6 percent of the program’s 2030 target of 1,062,200 units.
