Lawyers appeal AO lawsuit dismissal

Lawyers representing Vietnamese Agent Orange (AO)/dioxin victims filed an appeal on April 8 at the US Court of Appeals for the second circuit. The appeal challenges the dismissal of the case last month by federal district court judge Jack Weinstein.
