The exercise of child rights, included in the agenda of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) for many years, has become an important objective of every nation, said National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Van An, opening an Asia-Pacific seminar on preventing child abuse and creating a protective environment for children.
