The three laws are the Law on Cooperatives (revised), the Law on Civil Defense (revised), and the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights (revised). Meanwhile, the resolution to be adopted is on the investment policy for a project to build a road connecting National 27C to Provincial Road No.656 in the south-central province of Khanh Hoa, linking with neighboring Lam Dong and Ninh Thuan provinces.

They will discuss in group a proposal and a verification report on the draft Law on Forces Safeguarding Security and Order at the Grassroots Level.

In the afternoon, the deputies will debate the draft Law on Water Resources (revised).

The bill aims to build a harmonious, coherent and transparent legal corridor to optimize water resources, properly and effectively allocating and using the resources, ensuring the national water security, preventing, managing and recovering downgrading, exhausting and polluted water resources.

The bill will make clear the responsibility in water and water work management of central and local agencies, thus preventing overlapping and conflicts. It also clarifies the need to manage water resources by digital technologies with a coherent database.- (VNA/VLLF)
