The Election Council of the XIIIth National Assembly (NA) and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2011-16 term should coordinate with relevant offices and carefully examine legal documents to ensure a fair election to be held on May 22, NA Chairman and the Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong made the request at the first meeting of the Election Council on January 24 in Hanoi.
