Vietnam was determined to more effectively manage official development assistance (ODA), step up administrative reform and stamp out corruption, said Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Khiem on June 1 at the mid-year Consultative Group Meeting for Vietnam held in Quang Ninh province.
