National Assembly deputies question about delays in issuance of land use rights certificates
At the question-and-answer session during the 20th meeting of the National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee held this month, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Nguyen Minh Quang answered questions about delays in the issuance of land use rights certificates to all households in the country, and reaffirmed that the problems would be resolved by the year-end.
