Available on April 10, 2018, Official Gazette issues Nos. 01-02/2018 introduce seven legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 129/2017/ND-CP of November 16, 2017, prescribing the management, use and exploitation of hydraulic-work infrastructure assets;
- Circular No. 146/2017/TT-BTC of December 29, 2017, guiding the management and supervision of tax collection for casino business;
- Circular No. 47/2017/TT-BTTTT of December 29, 2017, prescribing sales promotion limits for land mobile services;
- Circular No. 14/2017/TT-BXD of December 28, 2017, guiding the determination and management of costs of urban public-utility services;
- Decree No. 155/2017/ND-CP of December 27, 2017, on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the Economic Partnership Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Japan during 2018-2023;
- Circular No. 64/2017/TT-BCA of December 28, 2017, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Public Security’s Circular No. 15/2014/TT-BCA of April 4, 2014, on vehicle registration; and,
- Circular No. 35/2017/TT-BCT of December 29, 2017, annulling the Minister of Industry and Trade’s Circular No. 53/2015/TT-BCT of December 30, 2015, detailing the registration of lists of goods imported or temporarily imported for re-export by foreign contractors engaged in construction activities in Vietnam.
