Issued on April 25, 2019, Official Gazette issues Nos. 03-06/2019, introduce thirteen legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 164/2018/ND-CP of December 21, 2018, on combination of national defense with socio-economic development and vice versa;
- Decree No. 166/2018/ND-CP of December 25, 2018, prescribing the competence, order and procedures for formulation, appraisal and approval of master plans and projects on conservation, renovation and restoration of historical-cultural relics and sightseeing spots;
- Decision No. 51/2018/QD-TTg of December 25, 2018, on expenses for the management of social insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance during 2019-2021;
- Circular No. 35/2018/TT-NHNN of December 24, 2018, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam’s Circular No. 35/2016/TT-NHNN of December 29, 2016, prescribing safety and confidentiality in provision of banking services on the Internet;
- Circular No. 36/2018/TT-NHNN of December 25, 2018, prescribing the provision of loans by credit institutions and foreign bank branches to their clients for offshore investment;
- Circular No. 120/2018/TT-BTC of December 10, 2018, prescribing return on equity of investors, payment of the State-contributed investment capital, and finalization of completed items of public-private partnership projects under the project on construction of a number of sections of the eastern North-South Expressway during 2017-2020;
- Circular No. 38/2018/TT-NHNN of December 25, 2018, prescribing the import of goods to serve the State Bank of Vietnam’s banknote printing and coin minting;
- Resolution No. 613/2018/UBTVQH14 of December 13, 2018, adjusting the 2019 law- and ordinance-making program;
- Circular No. 30/2018/TT-BGDDT of December 24, 2018, promulgating the Regulation on management of foreign students in Vietnam;
- Resolution No. 160/NQ-CP of December 28, 2018, on the use of public assets as payments for investors that implement construction investment projects under build-transfer contracts;
- Ordinance No. 01/2018/UBTVQH14 of December 22, 2018, Amending and Supplementing a Number of Planning-Related Articles of 4 Ordinances;
- Joint Circular No. 06/2018/TTLT-VKSNDTC-TANDTC-BCA-BTP-BLDTBXH of December 21, 2018, on coordination in the implementation of a number of provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code regarding the procedure applicable to under-18 persons; and,
- Decision No. 1824/QD-TTg of December 25, 2018, approving the adjusted master plan on socio-economic development of Vinh Long province through 2020, with a vision toward 2030.- (VLLF)
