Published on April 18, 2023, Official Gazette issues Nos. 05-08/2023, introduce eleven legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Resolution No. 168/NQ-CP of December 29, 2022, promulgating the Government’s Program of Action to implement the Political Bureau’s Resolution No. 26-Q/TW of November 3, 2022, on socio-economic development and assurance of national defense and security in the North and South Central Coast region through 2030, with a vision toward 2045;
- Decree No. 130/2022/ND-CP of December 31, 2022, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 84/2019/ND-CP of November 14, 2019, prescribing the management of fertilizers, and the Government’s Decree No. 94/2019/ND-CP of December 13, 2019, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Crop Production regarding plant varieties and cultivation;
- Circular No. 74/2022/TT-BTC of December 22, 2022, providing for forms and time limits for the collection, payment and declaration of charges and fees falling under the Ministry of Finance’s competence;
- Circular No. 20/2022/TT-NHNN of December 30, 2022, guiding one-way international money transfer and payment and money transfer for other current transactions of institutional and individual residents;
- Decision No. 1660/QD-TTg of December 30, 2022, approving the Strategy on deposit insurance development through 2025, with orientations toward 2030;
- Decree No. 131/2022/ND-CP of December 31, 2022, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Cinematography;
- Decree No. 127/2022/ND-CP of December 30, 2022, on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the Trade Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic from December 30, 2022, to October 4, 2023;
- Decision No. 07/QD-TTg of January 5, 2023, approving the Strategy on Vietnam’s insurance market development through 2030;
- Decree No. 114/2022/ND-CP of December 30, 2022, on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the Trade Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of Cuba for the 2022-2027 period;
- Circular No. 23/2022/TT-NHNN of December 30, 2022, amending and supplementing a number of articles of legal documents for delegation of powers to settle administrative procedures in the field of foreign exchange management;
- Circular No. 24/2022/TT-NHNN of December 30, 2022, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Circulars providing for administrative procedures in the field of foreign exchange management.- (VLLF)
