Available on March 28, 2018, Official Gazette issues Nos. 05-08 of December 2017 introduce ten legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Circular No. 13/2018/TT-BXD of December 8, 2017, prescribing the use of non-baked building materials in construction works;
- Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP of January 1, 2018, on major tasks and solutions to implement the 2018 socio-economic development plan and state budget estimate;
- Decision No. 2078/QD-TTg of December 22, 2017, approving the adjusted master plan on socio-economic development of Bac Kan province through 2020, with a vision toward 2030;
- Circular No. 24/2017/TT-BNNPTNT of November 15, 2017, promulgating the HS code tables for goods for export or import under the management by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
- Circular No. 12/2017/TT-BKHCN of September 28, 2017, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Science and Technology’s Circular No. 26/2012/TT-BKHCN of December 12, 2012, providing the state inspection of the quality of goods in circulation;
- Circular No. 27/2017/TT-BNNPTNT of December 25, 2017, guiding the quality and safety inspection of imported salt;
- Circular No. 19/2017/TT-NHNN of December 28, 2017, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the State Bank Governor’s Circular No. 36/2014/TT-NHNN of November 20, 2014, prescribing limits and prudential ratios in operations of credit institutions and foreign bank branches;
- Circular No. 20/2017/TT-NHNN of December 29, 2017, prescribing the sale of receivables from financial leasing contracts;
- Decree No. 149/2017/ND-CP of December 26, 2017, on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Agreement during 2018-2022; and,
- Decree No. 157/2017/ND-CP of December 27, 2017, on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the ASEAN-Korea Trade in Goods Agreement during 2018-2022. (VLLF)
