Published on May 04, 2019, Official Gazette issues Nos. 07-09/2019, introduce nine legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Circular No. 36/2018/TT-BLDTBXH of December 26, 2018, guiding the collection of children’s opinions during the formulation of programs, policies, legal documents, decisions and socio-economic development master plans and plans on or related to children;
- Circular No. 43/2018/TT-BNNPTNT of December 28, 2018, prescribing the export and import of plant varieties, livestock breeds and plant genetic resources; import of pesticides and articles on the list of articles subject to plant quarantine and pest risk analysis before being imported into Vietnam;
- Circular No. 55/2018/TT-BCT of December 26, 2018, prescribing the import of material tobacco under the 2019 tariff quota;
- Circular No. 27/2018/TT-BNNPTNT of November 16, 2018, prescribing the management and traceability of forest products;
- Decree No. 03/2019/ND-CP of January 4, 2019, on remote sensing activities;
- Decision No. 02/2019/QD-TTg of January 8, 2019, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 11/2017/QD-TTg of April 11, 2017, on incentives for development of solar power projects in Vietnam;
- Decree No. 167/2018/ND-CP of December 26, 2018, prescribing the restriction on groundwater extraction;
- Decision No. 32/QD-TTg of January 7, 2019, approving the scheme on establishment of the Vietnam Stock Exchange; and,
- Circular No. 25/2018/TT-BNNPTNT of November 15, 2018, prescribing the order and procedures for risk assessment and import licensing of live aquatic animals.- (VLLF)
