Published on April 30, 2023, Official Gazette issues Nos. 09-12/2023, introduce eleven legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Circular No. 48/2022/TT-BGTVT of December 30, 2022, guiding energy labeling for cars, motorcycles and mopeds powered by electric or hybrid electric engines;
- Decree No. 120/2022/ND-CP of December 30, 2022, on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the ASEAN-Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement for the 2022-2028 period;
- Decree No. 124/2022/ND-CP of December 30, 2022, on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the Vietnam-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement for the 2022-2028 period;
- Resolution No. 06/NQ-CP of January 10, 2023, on development of a flexible, modern, efficient and sustainable labor market toward international integration for fast socio-economic recovery;
- Circular No. 25/2022/TT-BTTTT of December 31, 2022, providing for the identification of imported raw materials, supplies and components eligible for import duty exemption to directly serve the production of information technology products, digital content and software;
- Decree No. 129/2022/ND-CP of December 30, 2022, on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariffs to implement the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership for the 2022-2027 period;
- Decision No. 17/QD-TTg of January 13, 2023, approving the Scheme on improvement of quality and effectiveness of the civil judgment enforcement work for court judgments or rulings on business or commercial matters for the 2023-2028 period;
- Circular No. 50/2022/TT-BGTVT of December 30, 2022, providing for the performance of functions and tasks of the competent agency and agencies signing and performing contracts of investment projects in the form of public-private partnership managed by the Ministry of Transport;
- Decree No. 113/2022/ND-CP of December 30, 2022, on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, of the one part, and the Eurasian Economic Union and its Member States, of the other part, for the 2022-2027 period;
- Decree No. 123/2022/ND-CP of December 30, 2022, on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the ASEAN-Hong Kong, China Free Trade Agreement for the 2022-2027 period;
- Decree No. 01/2023/ND-CP of January 16, 2023, Defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.- (VLLF)
