Available on April 04, 2018, Official Gazette issues Nos. 09-12 of December 2017 introduce ten legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 162/2017/ND-CP of December 30, 2017, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Belief and Religion and prescribing measures for its implementation;
- Decree No. 163/2017/ND-CP of December 30, 2017 prescribing the provision of logistics services;
- Decree No. 150/2017/ND-CP of December 26, 2017, on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, of the one part, and the Eurasian Economic Union and its Member States, of the other part, during 2018-2022;
- Decree No. 154/2017/ND-CP of December 27, 2017, on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the Vietnam-Chile Free Trade Agreement during 2018-2022;
- Decree No. 04/2018/ND-CP of January 4, 2018, on incentive mechanisms and policies for the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park;
- Decree No. 153/2017/ND-CP of December 27, 2017, on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the ASEAN-China Agreement on Trade in Goods during 2018-2022;
- Decree No. 08/2018/ND-CP of January l5, 2018, amending a number of Decrees concerning business investment conditions under the state management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
- Decree No. 158/2017/ND-CP of December 27, 2017, on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the Agreement Establishing the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area during 2018-2022;
- Circular No. 44/2017/TT-BTTTT of December 29, 2017, prescribing the recognition of foreign organizations’ information technology certificates for use in Vietnam which satisfy the information technology skills standards; and,
- Decree No. 09/2018/ND-CP of January 15, 2018, detailing the Commercial Law and the Law on Foreign Trade Management regarding goods purchase and sale and related activities of foreign investors and foreign-invested economic organizations in Vietnam. (VLLF)
