Released on October 26, 2016, Official Gazette issues Nos. 1-3 of August introduce the following legal documents translated into English:
- Circular No. 19/2016/TT-BXD of June 30, 2016, guiding some contents of the Housing Law and the Government’s Decree No. 99/2015/ND-CP of October 20, 2015, detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Housing Law;
- Joint Circular No. 89/2016/TTLT-BTC-BCT of June 23, 2016, guiding the implementation of the national single-window mechanism;
- Decree No. 114/2016/ND-CP of July 8, 2016, on adoption registration fee and fee for grant of operation licenses of foreign adoption organizations;
- Circular No. 17/2016/TT-BYT of June 30, 2016, prescribing the recall and disposal of unsafe foods under the management of the Ministry of Health; and,
- Circular No. 10/2016/TT-NHNN of June 29, 2016, guiding a number of provisions of the Government’s Decree No. 135/2015/ND-CP of December 31, 2015, on offshore indirect investment.-
