Released on November 26, 2018, Official Gazette issues Nos. 101-103/2018, introduce six legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 131/2018/ND-CP of September 29, 2018, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises;
- Decree No. 132/2018/ND-CP of October 1, 2018, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 16/2016/ND-CP of March 16, 2016, on management and use of official development assistance (ODA) and concessional loans of foreign donors;
- Circular No. 16/2018/TT-BGDDT of August 3, 2018, on donation to education institutions of the national education system;
- Decree No. 137/2018/ND-CP of October 8, 2018, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 123/2013/ND-CP of October 14, 2013, detailing a number of articles of, and measures to implement, the Law on Lawyers;
- Directive No. 29/CT-TTg of October 9, 2018, on raising the effectiveness of the state management of the management, operation and use of condominiums; and,
- Circular No. 30/2018/TT-BCT of October 1, 2018, detailing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 107/2018/ND-CP of August 15, 2018, on rice export.- (VLLF)
