Available on December 24, 2020, Official Gazette issues Nos. 101-104/2020, introduce seven legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Circular No. 77/2020/TT-BTC of August 14, 2020, guiding a number of provisions of the Government’s Decree No. 81/2020/ND-CP of July 9, 2020, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 163/2018/ND-CP of December 4, 2018, on issuance of corporate bonds;
- Decree No. 97/2020/ND-CP of August 26, 2020, on increase of limits of liability of carriers in air carriage;
- Decree No. 100/2020/ND-CP of August 28, 2020, on duty-free business;
- Decree No. 101/2020/ND-CP of August 28, 2020, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 123/2016/ND-CP of September 1, 2016, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structures of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
- Decree No. 19/2020/TT-BCT of August 14, 2020, amending and supplementing the Circulars on the implementation of the Rules of Origin under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement;
- Decision No. 1325/QD-TTg of August 31, 2020, approving the Scheme on development of the salt industry in the 2021-2030 period; and,
- Decree No. 102/2020/ND-CP of September 1, 2020, providing the Vietnam Timber Legality Assurance System.- (VLLF)
