Available on December 3, 2018, Official Gazette issues Nos. 104-108/2018, introduce twelve legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 139/2018/ND-CP of October, 8, 2018, prescribing the provision of motor vehicle inspection services;
- Circular No. 12/2018/TT-BKHCN of August 31, 2018, prescribing the formulation, conclusion and management of international cooperation programs of the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development in financing the performance of scientific and technological tasks and supporting the national scientific and technological capacity building activities;
- Circular No. 93/2018/TT-BTC of October 5, 2018, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 19/2014/TT-BTC of February 11, 2014, prescribing procedures for temporary import, re-export, destruction and transfer of automobiles and motorbikes of subjects entitled to privileges and immunities in Vietnam;
- Decree No. 143/2018/ND-CP of October 15, 2018, detailing the Law on Social Insurance and the Law on Occupational Safety and Health regarding compulsory social insurance for employees being foreign citizens working in Vietnam;
- Decree No. 144/2018/ND-CP of October 16, 2018, amending and supplementing the Decrees on multimodal transport;
- Circular No. 03/2018/TT-BKHDT of October 17, 2018, guiding and promulgating forms for implementation of offshore investment procedures;
- Circular No. 13/2018/TT-BTTTT of October 15, 2018, providing the list of cyberinformation security products imported under permits and the order, procedures and dossiers for grant of permits for import of cyberinformation security products;
- Circular No. 14/2018/TT-BTTTT of October 15, 2018, prescribing the postal service quality management;
- Resolution No. 579/2018/UBTVQH14 of September 26, 2018, on the Environment Protection Tariffs;
- Decree No. 146/2018/ND-CP of October 17, 2018, detailing, and guiding measures to implement, a number of articles of the Law on Health Insurance;
- Circular No. 02/2018/TT-TANDTC of September 21, 2018, detailing the trial of criminal cases involving under-18 persons under the jurisdiction of the family and juvenile tribunal; and,
