Coming out on January 12, 2021, Official Gazette issues Nos. 109-110/2020, introduce nine legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Decree No. 111/2020/ND-CP of September 18, 2020, on Vietnam’s Preferential Export Tariff and Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the European Union during 2020-2022;
- Circular No. 06/2020/TT-BKHDT of September 18, 2020, guiding the implementation of the Government’s Decree No. 25/2020/ND-CP of February 28, 2020, detailing a number of articles of the Bidding Law regarding investor selection;
- Resolution No. 999/2020/UBTVQH14 of September 16, 2020, promulgating the Strategy for development of the State Audit Office of Vietnam through 2030 (the 2021-2030 period);
- Decision No. 28/2020/QD-TTg of September 24, 2020, providing the list of scraps permitted for import from overseas for use as production materials;
- Decision No. 1453/QD-TTg of September 24, 2020, adjusting and supplementing the Master Plan on development of Vietnam’s coastal economic zones by 2020;
- Circular No. 80/2020/TT-BTC of September 3, 2020, guiding methods of sending reports by credit rating enterprises or makers of the market of the Government’s debt instruments specified in the Government’s Decree No. 88/2014/ND-CP of September 26, 2014, on credit rating services, and the Government’s Decree No. 95/2018/ND-CP of June 30, 2018, prescribing the issuance, registration, depositing, listing and trading of the Government’s debt instruments on the securities market;
- Circular No. 26/2020/TT-BTTTT of September 23, 2020, on the application of standards and technologies to assist people with disabilities in accessing and using information and communications products and services;
- Decree No. 122/2020/ND-CP of October 15, 2020, prescribing inter-agency coordination in settlement of procedures for egistration of establishment of enterprises, branches and representative offices, declaration of labor use, grant of identification numbers of units participating in social insurance, and registration for use of invoices of enterprises; and,
- Circular No. 04/2020/TT-BNV of October 13, 2020, detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 93/2019/ND-CP of November 25, 2019, on the organization and operation of social funds and charity funds.- (VLLF)
