Issued on January 12, 2023, Official Gazette issues Nos. 109-111/2022, introduce six legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Resolution No. 28/2022/UBTVQH15 of September 24, 2022, adjusting the 2022 law- and ordinance-making program;
- Decree No. 71/2022/ND-CP of October 1, 2022, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 06/2016/ND-CP of January 18, 2016, on management, provision and use of radio and television services;
- Decision No. 1156/QD-TTg of September 30, 2022, approving the Overall Scheme on further building Hanoi Law University and Ho Chi Minh City University of Law into key universities in training law officers;
- Decree No. 72/2022/ND-CP of October 4, 2022, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 60/2014/ND-CP of June 19, 2014, providing printing activities, and Decree No. 25/2018/ND-CP of February 28, 2018, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 60/2014/ND-CP of June 19, 2014, providing printing activities;
- Decree No. 79/2022/ND-CP of October 6, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Government Office; and,
- Circular No. 11/2022/TT-NHNN of September 30, 2022, on bank guarantee.- (VLLF)
