Published on January 20, 2023, Official Gazette issues Nos. 112-115/2022, introduce nine legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Circular No. 12/2022/TT-NHNN of September 30, 2022, guiding foreign exchange management for foreign loan borrowing and repayment by enterprises;
- Resolution No. 131/NQ-CP of October 6, 2022, on intensification of administrative procedure reform and modernization of direction and administration methods to serve citizens and enterprises;
- Circular No. 20/2022/TT-BKHDT of September 30, 2022, providing in detail the preparation of bidding dossiers for bidding packages to provide consultancy services regulated by the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the European Union and the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland;
- Circular No. 21/2022/TT-BKHDT of September 30, 2022, providing in detail the preparation of bidding dossiers for bidding packages to provide non-consultancy services regulated by the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the European Union and the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland;
- Decree No. 80/2022/ND-CP of October 13, 2022, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 35/2016/ND-CP of May 15, 2016, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Animal Health;
- Decree No. 81/2022/ND-CP of October 14, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
- Decision No. 20/2022/QD-TTg of October 12, 2022, on the pilot delegation of powers, and order and procedures, for approval of partial adjustment of general master plans on function zone construction and partial adjustment of general master plans on urban areas of Khanh Hoa province;
- Directive No. 18/CT-TTg of October 13, 2022, on intensification of response to cyberinformation security incidents in Vietnam; and,
- Decision No. 1178/QD-CTN of October 18, 2022, on the signing of the Agreement on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Republic of Italy.- (VLLF)
