Coming out on January 15, 2019, Official Gazette issues Nos. 116-120/2018, introduce five legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 158/2018/ND-CP of November 22, 2018 , prescribing the establishment, reorganization or dissolution of administrative organizations;
- Circular No. 41/2018/TT-BCT of November 06, 2018, prescribing the list of scraps subject to temporary suspension from temporary import, re-export and border-gate transfer;
- Circular No. 44/2018/TT-BCT of November 15, 2018, prescribing the suspension from temporary import for re-export of log and sawn timber from natural forests of Laos and Cambodia;
- Circular No. 01/2018/TT-VPCP of November 23, 2018, guiding the implementation of a number of provisions of the Government’s Decree No. 61/2018/ND-CP of April 23, 2018, on implementation of the single-window and inter-agency single-window mechanisms in performance of administrative procedures; and,
- Decree No. 156/2018/ND-CP of November 16, 2018, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Forestry.- (VLLF)
