Issued on February 02, 2023, Official Gazette issues Nos. 116-120/2022, introduce eleven legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 82/2022/ND-CP of October 18, 2022, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 113/2017/ND-CP of October 9, 2017, detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Chemicals;
- Decree No. 86/2022/ND-CP of October 24, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
- Decree No. 87/2022/ND-CP of October 26, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Vietnam News Agency;
- Decree No. 89/2022/ND-CP of October 28, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;
- Decree No. 90/2022/ND-CP of October 28, 2022, on management and use of houses and land subject to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ management to serve the State’s external activities;
- Decree No. 92/2022/ND-CP of November 02, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Voice of Vietnam;
- Decree No. 93/2022/ND-CP of November 07, 2022, on management of, and assurance of security and order at, air border gates;
- Decision No. 21/2022/QD-TTg of November 09, 2022, on mechanisms and policies to promote the development of inland waterway transport;
- Decision No. 22/2022/QD-TTg of November 11, 2022, guiding the implementation of the Second Protocol to Amend the Protocol between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on Supporting the Production of Motor Vehicles in the Territory of Vietnam;
- Decision No. 1415/QD-TTg of November 14, 2022, approving the Scheme on encouraging Vietnamese enterprises to directly join in foreign distribution networks through 2030; and,
- Decision No. 1363/QD-TTg of November 8, 2022, approving the Master Plan of Ha Tinh province for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050.- (VLLF)
