Issued on March 12, 2020, Official Gazette issues Nos. 121-124/2019, introduce eight legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Circular No. 37/2019/TT-BCT of November 29, 2019, detailing a number of provisions on trade remedies;
- Circular No. 23/2019/TT-BNNPTNT of November 30, 2019, guiding a number of articles of the Law on Animal Husbandry regarding animal husbandry activities
- Circular No. 34/2019/TT-BCT of November 28, 2019, providing the energy information system;
- Circular No. 81/2019/TT-BTC of November 15, 2019, on management of risks in customs operations;
- Resolution No. 97/2019/QH14 of November 27, 2019, piloting the urban administration model in Hanoi;
- Resolution No. 98/2019/QH14 of November 27, 2019, ratifying the Treaty Supplementing the 1985 Treaty on the Delimitation of National Boundaries and the 2005 Supplementary Treaty, and the Protocol on Land Border Demarcation and Marker Planting between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Kingdom of Cambodia;
- Resolution No. 94/2019/QH14 of November 26, 2019, on freezing of tax arrears and write-off of late-payment fines and interests for taxpayers that are no longer able to pay these amounts to the state budget; and,
- Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BTP of November 25, 2019, guiding a number of provisions on registration of mortgage of land use rights and land-attached assets.- (VLLF)
