Issued on June 13, 2023, Official Gazette issues Nos. 22-24/2023, introduce eight legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 117/2022/ND-CP of December 30, 2022, on Vietnam’s Preferential Export Tariff and Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for the 2022-2027 period;
- Decree No. 118/2022/ND-CP of December 30, 2022, on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the ASEAN-China Trade in Goods Agreement for the 2022-2027 period;
- Decree No. 03/2023/ND-CP of February 10, 2023, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Vietnam Competition Commission;
- Decision No. 50/QD-TTg of February 6, 2023, approving the General Master Plan for the Red River-Thai Binh river basin for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050;
- Decision No. 80/QD-TTg of February 11, 2023, approving the Master Plan of Quang Ninh province for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050;
- Resolution No. 20/NQ-CP of February 17, 2023, on a number of tasks and solutions to restructure the organizational apparatuses of ministries, ministerial-level agencies and government-attached agencies;
- Decision No. 81/QD-TTg of February 13, 2023, promulgating the Plan of Action to combat illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing and make preparations for the 4th working session with the European Commission’s Inspection Team;
- Decision No. 87/QD-TTg of February 14, 2023, approving the Plan on intensification of the effective implementation of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment and appropriate recommendations of the Committee against Torture.- (VLLF)
