Coming out on June 10, 2020, Official Gazette issues Nos. 25-28/2020, introduce eight legal documents translated into English. These are:

- Circular No. 04/2020/TT-BCT of January 22, 2020, prescribing the auction of import tariff quotas for used automobiles under the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership;
 
- Decision No. 06/2020/QD-TTg of February 21, 2020, on organization and management of international conferences and seminars in Vietnam;
 
- Circular No. 20/2019/TT-BKHCN of December 10, 2019, prescribing measurement and quality in gas trading and announcement of gas mixing establishments in Vietnam;
 
- Decision No.  283/QD-TTg of February 19, 2020, approving the Scheme on the Plan to restructure the service industry to 2020, with orientations toward 2025;
 
- Decree No. 22/2020/ND-CP of February 24, 2020, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 139/2016/ND-CP of October 4, 2016, prescribing business license fee;
 
- Circular No. 02/2020/TT-BNG of February 14, 2020, on performance of consular work;
 
- Decree No. 23/2020/ND-CP of February 24, 2020, prescribing the management of riverbed sand and gravel and protection of river beds, banks and stretches; and,
 
- Decree No. 24/2020/ND-CP of February 24, 2020, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Prevention and Control of Harms of Liquor and Beer Abuse.- (VLLF)
