Released on June 18, 2020, Official Gazette issues Nos. 29-32/2020, introduce three legal documents translated into English. These are:

- Circular No. 04/2020/TT-BTTTT of February 24, 2020, prescribing the determination and management of costs of information technology application investment projects;
 
- Decree No. 25/2020/ND-CP of February 28, 2020, detailing a number of articles of the Bidding Law regarding investor selection; and,
 
- Decree No. 26/2020/ND-CP of February 28, 2020, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Protection of State Secrets.- (VLLF)
