Available on August 17, 2017, Official Gazette issues Nos. 3-5 of May 2017 introduce seven legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Circular No. 57/2017/TT-BTC of June 2, 2017, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 11/2014/TT-BTC of January 17, 2014, guiding a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 86/2013/ND-CP of July 29, 2013, on the business of prize-winning electronic games for foreigners;
- Circular No. 07/2017/TT-BKHCN of June 16, 2017, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Science and Technology’s Circular No. 27/2012/TT-BKHCN of December 12, 2012, prescribing the state inspection of the quality of imported goods under the management of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
- Resolution No. 42/2017/QH14 of June 21, 2017, on pilot handling of non-performing loans of credit institutions;
- Resolution No. 41/2017/QH14 of June 20, 2017, on the implementation of Penal Code No. 100/2015/QH13, which was amended and supplemented under Law No. 12/2017/QH14, and on the effect of Criminal Procedure Code No. 101/2015/QH13, Law No. 99/2015/QH13 on Organization of Criminal Investigation Bodies, and Law No. 94/2015/QH13 on Custody and Temporary Detention;
- Decree No. 77/2017/ND-CP of July 3, 2017, on management and protection of security and order at port border gates;
- Circular No. 08/2017/TT-BCT of June 26, 2017, prescribing the registration and declaration of prices of milk products and functional foods for under-6 children.-
- Circular No. 14/2017/TT-BNNPTNT July 5, 2017 guiding the implementation of a number of contents on investment in agriculture and rural areas in the form of public-private partnership.- (VLLF)
