Coming out on July 06, 2021, Official Gazette issues Nos. 33-36/2021, introduce four legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Decree No. 18/2021/ND-CP of March 11, 2021, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 134/2016/ND-CP of September 1, 2016, detailing a number of articles of, and measures to implement, the Law on Import Duty and Export Duty;
- Decision No. 10/2021/QD-TTg of March 16, 2021, prescribing criteria for identifying hi-tech enterprises;
- Decision No. 379/QD-TTg of March 17, 2021, approving the National Strategy on Natural Disaster Prevention and Control through 2030, with a vision toward 2050; and,
- Decree No. 21/2021/ND-CP of March 19, 2021, providing the implementation of the Civil Code regarding security for performance of obligations.- (VLLF)
