Available on July 04, 2018, Official Gazette issues Nos. 37-40/2018 introduce nine legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 50/2018/ND-CP of April 9, 2018, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Government Inspectorate of Vietnam;
- Decree No. 51/2018/ND-CP of April 9, 2018, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 158/2006/ND-CP of December 28, 2006, detailing the implementation of the Commercial Law regarding goods purchase and sale through goods exchanges;
- Decision No. 390/QD-TTg of April 11, 2018, promulgating the Plan on organization of the implementation of the Law on Forestry and the Law on Fisheries;
- Decree No. 52/2018/ND-CP of April 12, 2018, on development of rural trades;
- Circular No. 33/2018/TT-BTC of March 30, 2018, prescribing the rates and the collection, remittance and management of the appraisal charge for grant of international tour operator licenses or domestic tour operator licenses; appraisal charge for grant of tour guide cards; and fee for grant of licenses for establishment of Vietnam-based representative offices of foreign tour operators;
- Circular No. 34/2018/TT-BTC of March 30, 2018, prescribing the rates and collection, remittance and management of charges for appraisal for recognition of ratings of tourist accommodation establishments and recognition of other tourism service establishments as meeting tourist service standards;
- Decree No. 57/2018/ND-CP of April 17, 2018, on mechanisms and policies to encourage enterprises to invest in agriculture and rural areas;
- Decree No. 54/2018/ND-CP of April 16, 2018, guiding the collection of voters’ opinions on the establishment, dissolution, merger, separation and adjustment of boundaries, of administrative units; and,
