Coming out on July 28, 2021, Official Gazette issues Nos. 37-41/2021, introduce seven legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Circular No. 01/2021/TT-BKHDT of March 16, 2021, guiding enterprise registration;
- Decision No. 417/QD-TTg of March 22, 2021, approving the Scheme on development of the fruit and vegetable processing industry in the 2021-2030 period;
- Decree No. 27/2021/ND-CP of March 25, 2021, on management of forest tree cultivars;
- Decision No. 14/2021/QD-TTg of March 26, 2021, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 53/2013/QD-TTg of September 13, 2013, on temporary import, re-export, destruction and transfer of automobiles and motorbikes of subjects entitled to privileges and immunities in Vietnam;
- Decree No. 28/2021/ND-CP of March 26, 2021, providing the financial management mechanism applicable to investment projects in the form of public-private partnership;
- Decree No. 32/2021/ND-CP of March 29, 2021, detailing, and providing measures to implement, the National Assembly’s Resolution No. 97/2019/QH14 of November 27, 2019, on pilot organization of urban administration model in Hanoi;
- Decision No. 429/QD-TTg of March 24, 2021, approving the Scheme on development of agricultural bio-industry through 2030.- (VLLF)
