Released on April 5, 2017, Official Gazette issues Nos. 4-6 of January 2017 introduce the following legal documents translated into English:
- Decree No. 169/2016/ND-CP of December 27, 2016, on the handling of cargoes retained by carriers at Vietnamese seaports;
- Resolution No. 30/2016/QH14 of November 22, 2016, on the pilot grant of e-visas for foreigners entering Vietnam;
- Decree No. 171/2016/ND-CP of December 27, 2016, on registration, deregistration, purchase, sale and building of seagoing ships;
- Resolution No. 32/2016/QH14 of November 23, 2016, on further raising the effect and effectiveness of implementation of the national target program on building a new countryside associated with agricultural restructuring;
- Circular No. 35/2016/TT-BGTVT of November 15, 2016, prescribing the ceiling road use service price levels to be applied by investment projects on road construction for commercial operation under the management by the Ministry of Transport;
- Circular No. 40/2016/TT-BLDTBXH of October 25, 2016, guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 11/2016/ND-CP of February 3, 2016, detailing a number of articles of the Labor Code regarding foreign workers in Vietnam;
- Decree No. 164/2016/ND-CP of December 24, 2016, on environmental protection charge on mineral exploitation;
