English translations of Legal documents published

Official Gazette issues Nos 4-7/2021, published on April 16, 2021

Published on April 16, 2021, Official Gazette issues Nos. 04-07/2021, introduce three legal documents translated into English. These are:

- Decree No. 153/2020/ND-CP of December 31, 2020, on private placement of corporate bonds and trading of privately placed corporate bonds in the domestic market and offering of corporate bonds to the international market;

- Decree No. 158/2020/ND-CP of December 31, 2020, on derivatives and the derivatives market; and,

- Decree No. 154/2020/ND-CP of December 31, 2020, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP of May 14, 2016, detailing a number of articles of, and providing measures for implementing, the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents.- (VLLF)
