Published on July 24, 2020, Official Gazette issues Nos. 41-43/2020, introduce four legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Circular No. 02/2020/TT-NHNN of March 30, 2020, guiding payment and money transfer activities concerning border-gate transfer of goods;
- Decision No. 13/2020/QD-TTg of April 06, 2020, on mechanisms to promote development of solar power in Vietnam;
- Decree No. 41/2020/ND-CP of April 8, 2020, on extension of time limits for tax and land rental payment; and,
- Decree No. 40/2020/ND-CP of April 06, 2020, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Public Investment.- (VLLF)
