Released on August 6, 2021, Official Gazette issues Nos. 42-48/2021, introduce four legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Decree No. 35/2021/ND-CP of March 29, 2021, detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on Investment in the Form of Public-Private Partnership;
- Decree No. 43/2021/ND-CP of March 31, 2021, providing the national insurance database;
- Decree No. 44/2021/ND-CP of March 31, 2021, providing guidance on deductible expenses upon determination of income liable to enterprise income tax for contributions and donations given by enterprises and organizations for COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control activities;
- Decision No. 17/2021/QD-TTg of March 31, 2021, providing levels of vocational training support for workers covered by unemployment insurance.- (VLLF)
