Available on January 11, 2018, Official Gazette issues Nos. 5-8 of October 2017 introduce five legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 126/2017/ND-CP of November 16, 2017, on transformation of state enterprises and single-member limited liability companies with 100% state enterprise-invested charter capital into joint-stock companies;
- Resolution No. 120/NQ-CP of November 17, 2017, on sustainable and climate-resilient development of the Mekong River delta;
- Circular No. 40/2017/TT-BGTVT of November 9, 2017, guiding energy labeling for passenger cars with over 7 to 9 seats;
- Circular No. 41/2017/TT-BGTVT of November 14, 2017, prescribing the management of collection and disposal of ship-generated wastes in seaport waters; and,
- Decision No. 45/2017/QD-TTg of November 16, 2017, amending and supplementing the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 36/2016/QD-TTg of September 1, 2016, on the application of ordinary duty rates for imported goods.-
