- Decree No. 59/2019/ND-CP of July 1, 2019, detailing a number of articles of, and measures to implement, the Anti-Corruption Law;
- Circular No. 04/2019/TT-BTTTT of July 5, 2019, prescribing the connection between the National Digital Signature Certification Authority and the Government’s specialized digital signature certification authority;
- Law No. 42/2019/QH14 of June 14, 2019, Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Insurance Business and the Law on Intellectual Property;
