Available on August 31, 2021, Official Gazette issues Nos. 56-60/2021, introduce eight legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Decree No. 50/2021/ND-CP of April 1, 2021, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 37/2015/ND-CP of April 22, 2015, prescribing in detail construction contracts;
- Circular No. 01/2021/TT-NHNN of March 31, 2021, prescribing the domestic issuance of promissory notes, treasury bills, deposit certificates and bonds by credit institutions and foreign bank branches;
- Decision No. 523/QD-TTg of April 01, 2021, approving Vietnam’s forestry development strategy for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050;
- Decision No. 531/QD-TTg of April 1, 2021, approving the general strategy for development of Vietnam’s service sector in the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050;
- Decree No. 47/2021/ND-CP of April 1, 2021, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Enterprises;
- Law No. 73/2021/QH14 of March 30, 2021, on Drug Prevention and Control;
- Decree No. 52/2021/ND-CP of April 19, 2021, on extension of time limits for payment of value-added tax, enterprise income tax, personal income tax, and land rental in 2021;
- Circular No. 25/2021/TT BTC of April 7, 2021, prescribing the rates of charges and fees related to exit from, entry into, transit through and residence in Vietnam and charge and fee collection, remittance, management and use.- (VLLF)
