Coming out on September 01, 2020, Official Gazette issues Nos. 57-60/2020, introduce four legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Circular No. 09/2020/TT-BCT of May 14, 2020, providing the roadmap of application of import and export border gates for goods temporarily imported for re-export and goods in border-gate transfer and bonded warehouses;
- Circular No. 11/2020/TT-BTTTT of May 14, 2020, prescribing the lists of potentially unsafe products and goods under the management of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
- Decree No. 55/2020/ND-CP of May 22, 2020, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Execution of Criminal Judgments regarding judgment execution against commercial legal persons;
- Decree No. 56/2020/ND-CP of May 25, 2020, on management and use of official development assistance and concessional loans of foreign donors.- (VLLF)
