Available on August 13, 2018, Official Gazette issues Nos. 58-60/2018 introduce three legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 78/2018/ND-CP of May 16, 2018, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP of August 1, 2007, detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
- Decree No. 76/2018/ND-CP of May 15, 2018, detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer; and,
- Decree No. 81/2018/ND-CP of May 22, 2018, detailing the Commercial Law’s provisions on trade promotion.- (VLLF)
